What are some of you smoking? Canelo-Munguia would be one hell of a fight. That would be a very tough fight for Canelo at this stage. And Munguia isn’t going down, I don’t see it. This would be a very tough, 12 round fight where Canelo would really need to use his skills to win. He can throw the kitchen sink at Munguia and he won’t go down.

I prefer Benavidez of course, everyone does, every fight fan. But Munguia would be one hell of an opponent. That dude is tough ass nails and relentless.

I thought Canelo is only PBC exclusive. It sounds like DAZN is getting involved because of Mungia's appearance. What am I missing? Why Mungia, a GBP fighter?

The entire thing was somebody reportedly saying clickbait is all over the internet; rumours are big business.

PBC must be ******, they will loose money on this. PPV is way down since 2019. They would have to sell 583k PPV alone to generate 35 million to put it into perspective. Yeah there is gate sales but also there are all kinds of other expenses besides just canelo's salaries. Canelo hasnt sold a million PPV in years

well he just fought a month ago, probably relaxed, let his weight shoot back up and allegedly canelo wants to fight him on 10 weeks notice, contract not even signed yet. So we already see canelo's plan to gain advantage if this fight comes through.

Canelo-Charlo did north of 650k and Canelo vs a Mexican boxer in May could do an even bigger number.

PBC are the opposite of ****** - they know the Charlo fight was a piece of **** and if Canelo fights the other Charlo next - they’re looking at maybe 300k at best.

Benavidez could get between750k-million buys I think, but after the Bivol loss Canelo is only fighting easy fights.

GBP is his co-promoter like TRP is to Fury so Munguia can move around.
