It would be a good move for Boots. No other promoter is able to increase his profile like Eddie could which is exactly what Boots needs. Doesn't have to be forever; a couple of years fighting on a few Saudi behemoth cards and Boots will be a global star.

Arguably, the reason Boots hasn't progressed further is because he hasn't been with one of the big four promoters in the US.
Most times having a belt helps - but not always. Andrade ha a belt at 154 but that didn't make him a star. Matias has a belt at 140 - despite 140 being packed with talent there's no long queue waiting to fight him.

A lot of hate here, but Ennis' biggest issue is activity. One thing you have to give Matchroom is that the boxers are out regularly and there are always dates available.

Obviously they may not be the best fights, but it would be good for Ennis to go there for maybe a year and get busy.
