Sanchez and Zhang are a hard day's work for any heavyweight. But Jared has youth on his side and those big men are older. He could be something in a couple of years. I think Anderson's speed, work rate, punch selection, and overall skill would be too much for Ajagba now, though.

He's not a tall and long heavyweight. I was shocked to learn he's only 6'2".

Typical american hype job, we know he is way below the level AJ was 8 or 9 years ago, let that sink in.

Any different nationality and people wouldn't have heard of him.

Just stay in the gym, and everything else will fall into place! Jared is not Mike Tyson, but he's so young, he has time! He should be fighting every 60-90 days, unless TR decides to speed up his ascent in the rankings!

While I am sure Anderson is viewed as the great American hope by some in the media, the racy Roy Jones better understand the man better learn defense. And steer clear of the law.

Anderson in interviews does not appear to be serious and has hinted he won't be in boxing in his 30's.

I think he can take a better punch than hyped Wilder who's sneaked his way to a world title by fighting the 36 year old and very overrated Stiverne and defended it vs. bums, journeyman and shot / older fighters with his nationality to feed punch drunk fans.

Anderson is a top contender. See my below link to see where I rank him.

I'm coming up with 6'4" on boxrec and wikipedia. 78 1/2" reach. Close to Usyk's 6'3" and 78" reach. Of course, height is lied about everywhere. His smaller dimensions (compared to a lot of heavies these days) probably help his quickness and athleticism.

Jared should do exactly what he want, not what everyone expects or think he should do! The boy has great natural talent can move and do just about everything most heavyweights can't do, so he can be heavyweight champion the question is does he want to be heavyweight champion or just make money to secure his life. It's his life and decision though, end of story!
