Canelo Alvarez vs Andre Ward @168 with fair referee/judges?

How does this Super Middleweight showdown play out, assuming the referee and officials will be 100% fair?

It results in a tedious, low output clinch fest with a disputed decision.

Canelo is a good fighter, but only ever wins when he is expected to win, a protected fighter. Ward by UD12.

Canelo declines ever stepping into the ring with Ward and either picks someone 2 weight classes smaller or some C level Brit.

          They got something in common

Canelo lost to GGG 7-5 rds in fight 1 and GGG got robbed

Ward lost to Kovalev in fight 1 7-5 rds and Kovalev got robbed

Switch Ward's nationality into anything not american and his legacy will be fighting stiff eurobums and weak opposition, not some sort of all time great that he's portrayed as when he clearly isnt.

Well if it's truly a fair ref wouldn't ward be dq'd? Although canelo is so plodding ward might not need to cheat like when he fought bums like Paul Smith Alexander brand etc...
