Trinidad had the better over all record, and title defenses, so I'd have to say Trinidad was better more accomplished.
I would've loved see how much better Cotto would've been if Margarito happened damaged him with those loaded hand wrap's!
Cotto, and Cintron were on a real strong winning streak, until that criminal Margarito mugged them with those plaster of Paris rock's inside of his gloves!
I'm hoping, and pulling for Berlanga to be able to follow in the foot step's of Trindad, Cotto, Gomez, Serrano, and Ortiz!
2 great fighters, but Felix had scary power. Miguel was an exceptional boxer & he brought power but not the terrifying power of Felix. I think if they are both at their best at 147 it will be a great fight but I'm always gonna give the edge to Felix.
Margarito outclassed Kintron. Did he use wraps? Can't know, but even if he did, that wasn't the main reason he won. Margarito outboxed Kintron. Kintron was quicker & longer but Margarito put his punches together from every angle & that is why he won.
Trinidad wins by KO, I see it very similar to Margarito vs Cotto 1, Tito was very strong at 147lbs he would eventually catch up to Cotto's punch and move style, which is the style he would have used against dangerous puncher like Trinidad
