F no it's not better than Villa.

Crowley is a good - not great - fighter. Boots runs right through him. Which is why Crowley has never called Boots out for a fight despite multiple chances.

Remember, Crowley leaned on mental health at one point. He's not ready for that jelly.

Business-wise I get it. No one with a brain or legit options/upside want to fight Boots unless its for 7 digits. And Boots ain't a big enough draw to warrant the B side getting 7 digits.
