I still be fangirling it up for my dude Deontay, but that's just loyalty and at this point it's right on the surface of every goddamn post. Because TF can I do? The ****er gives me nothing to work with. It's hard to cheerlead a ***** who just stands there ******ly looking ******.

You say Usyk's the best HW and half the forum says duh while the other say nah it fury doe. It's just not the same as the good old triplets. Floyd-Pac-Hatton, was great. Wilder-Joshua-Fury was too.

"Stans" is a derogatory word the boxing community used to throw around but it's totally uncalled for IMO. Are Kansas City Chiefs fans called Stans? Are Los Angeles Lakers fans called Stans? No, they're not. They're just fans plain and simple.

Are you referring to those fighters fans and them leaving? Considering all 3 are retired, if they were simply a fan of that fighter and not boxing, there would be no reason to stick around.

That and honestly, age and life can play a factor. I'm still hanging around this forum and make posts here and there, but my life has changed tremendously since when I first joined this forum in 2004. Pac got me hooked to the sport and obviously I was a fan of his, but from that point forward tried to watch every live fight that I could catch on TV or end up Youtubing them. I was also young and single back then, so I had plenty of time to just live in the boxing world and get mega hyped up for each big upcoming match.

Fast forward 20 years later. Got tons of responsibilities in life. I no longer get super hyped up for fights or seek out every piece of fight hype footage like I used to. I simply am down to watch the fight when it happens on that night. If I get ANY kind of prefight hype, it'll happen within the same week of the match. Though no where near my hype excitement I'd get when I was younger and had more time to watch everything I can find before the matchup. My posting count has gone down as well from those younger days and I honestly don't care as much. Not to mention, the earlier days of boxing scene forum had more realistic posting going on where you can have good arguments without getting trashed left and right by people that apparently know everything about boxing that there is to know.

Promoter stans is evidently the new fad nowadays, or maybe it's not new. Youtube is littered with it. You knew exactly what each channel's slant is on every subject.

Canelostans aren't as bad as the Pacfarts or the Floydfags but can get kinda very annoying, triple Flopster fangirls, PBCtards, and Canelo haters are all bollocks
