He has skills much greater than the Oscar Pac fought and Hatton ever has. Combine those skills with his size and Pac will have his hands full most likely.

I think being that Cotto doesn't have a Major height or reach advantage and that he isn't really fast makes this fight about even. If De La hoya was a smaller guy like Cotto pacquiao would've hit him a lot harder. Manny wasn't able to land as strong of punches on De La hoya, because Manny had to wave his hands up to reach De La Hoya and those punches didn't carry as much power.
