Comments Thread For: Buatsi Sets Friendship Aside, Beats Azeez For Mandatory Position

Buatsi was so committed to the mission of being more active that he was willing to fight his good friend Dan Azeez this past weekend.

Buatsi - Yarde would be an excellent fight. Better than Smith - Yarde.

The Commonwealth belt has always looked like that.

"I haven't turned down an opponent to say, 'Oh I don't want to fight this guy'.
Totally false ; he refused to fight Jean Pascal for the IBF eliminator last year.
Pascal then fight Eifart and lost!
Don't know Buatsi much but I don't really see him as a serious contender. Maybe when King Artur and Bivol are gone.!.!
