He rushed Arum to get the fight done with Cotto instead of fighting Shane, Roach is no fool.

This is water under the bridge but that fight would never happened at 140 because that would be rediculous. The cotto fight IMO happened because it was the most money for Arum and a more comfortable fight for pacquiao. Pacquiao doesn't want to go speed to speed with moseley. I disagree that Manny v. cotto > Manny v. Mosley. Especially when cotto has looked vulnerable in recent fights and mosley lost a game fight against cotto and demolished Margarito.
