There is no way the guy in that clip is 6'6.

The Fury conspirators are divided between an intentional cut (on the eyelid which could be very dangerous, so only a fool would harm himself that way instead of on his eyebrow) and a photoshop (in which case Fury is supposed to escape any person who is not his family or very close friend of seeing him, also pay some doctor to issue him a document and all of that is supposed to fool the sanctioning bodies and the Saudis).
