Mangler, I got "Eyes" you know. All I have to do is watch DLH vs. Pacquiao/ Mayweather vs. Marquez to tell you that Mayweather's win was better. I understand that Pacquiao was the under dog, everyone thought DLH was gonna knock him out but after the win, I came here and said DLH was weight drained. It was pretty obvious.

That was very obvious, commentators said they expected DLH to be at 160, that wasn't the case, came in at 147. If your telling me a win over 147 zoombie DLH is better, then we'll agree to disagree. Don't see the problem here Mangler

No need to be tripping, I thought we made it clear that we rarely agree on anything.

The trouble i'm having with your logic is that you say you're comparing someone who threw punches with someone that didnt...and therefore looked weak.

But I equate Pacquiao's delahoya win to Floyd's delahoya win in that oscar wasnt able to throw punches because Pacquiao took his jab away from him much like floyd did...and did a good job staying out of range of other punches as well as being able to outwork and outthrow the guy.

And the fact that Marquez threw punches worked against him because Marquez is a defensive counterpuncher and for him to be the offensive aggressor was yet another thing to work against him on top of the size power advantage because he was out of his element.

How is oscar being drained in question? He needed IV fluids to try to rehydrate. Freddie Roach said he knew the fight was over before it started when he saw the needle marks.

I'm looking at it real simple. Marquez usually comes into the ring weighing 142, he was 6 lbs more then that. DLH usually comes into the ring 160+, looked like a SMW against Mayweather. Instead came into the ring weighing 147. Roach knew how sick Oscar was and said Oscar couldn't pull the trigger anymore. I know Pacquiao wasn't expected to win and was the under dog but I can't credit that win. I said this from the very begining. Because style wise, Marquez couldn't deal with Mayweather, that doesn't take away from the win. You don't have to consider that a good win but Marquez was atleast in fighting condition where as DLH wasn't.

A smaller man can win if he is the better man, but an unhealthy man will never be the better man~

Well we're just going to have to agree to disagree because the way I see it is that 147lb zombie delahoya would have beat 142lb super Marquez because Marquez wouldnt have had the power to hurt delahoya regardless and isnt much on lateral movement.

I would say a blown up lightweight, because they are slow from the extra weigh and most importantly they are not accustom to feeling that extra weight and cannot take the punch as good as the lower division.

Yes it is. If he was dehydrated, as you claim...then he would have gained much more back than two pounds, more than 24 hours after the weigh in. Besides, if he was dehydrated, why did he make weight 2 weeks before the fight?

He would have been dead if he was 'dehydrated' like you people say he was, for two weeks.
