Tank is not moving up for anyone or any reason. I think he and his team have made that perfectly clear. The ego in that particular negotiation would be annoying AF and I got one do not care one iota to see it or the McGregor fight. If Manny wants to come back he should try to fight some tier 2 guy at 147 then maybe Boots but leave everyone south of 147 alone.

Tank has never STEPPED UP NEITHER. Shakur, Devin and Teo all wanted LOMA. Not tank.
