I would expect Keith One Time Thurman would eventually get his shiny HOF plaque someday. This is what boxing is all about in this era. It doesn't matter if you take less risks by fighting once every 2-3 years. Part-time boxing is not so bad after all.

I agree obviously Thurman being so inactive over the past 5 years is not good for him but what I've seen of him he's always in the gym still and he's always in pretty decent shape so I don't think this is some foregone conclusion and Thurman some washed up fighter. I might be wrong he might come in the ring and look past it and rusty then Tzyu dominates him but I just think Thurman winning wouldn't be this crazy thing. It's just Tim has momentum behind him right now but style wise Tzyu isn't the hardest guy to work out hes just strong and agressiveLast edited by Boxing2695; 02-01-2024, 01:45 PM.Comment

I was a big fan of Thurman and I guess still a fan. I just hope it’s a fun fight because I love every tszyu fight I’ve seen. I’m half Filipino so of course I loved my man knocking Thurman on his booty as well. please be a fun fight is all I’m askingComment

If Thurman comes back and beats Tszyu at this stage it will be a shock. That probably won't happen but it's boxing.Comment

I'm sorry. I've only been watching boxing for almost 40 years but who is Keith Thurman? Is he one of those YouTubers or some kind of pop singer or something?Comment

He gained fame and notoriety when he started trashing Paulie Malignaggi, who he wanted a fight with. Paulie was no longer in his prime at that time. Meanwhile, Thurman was making a good account of himself by blasting every opponent put in front of him. Not exactly big names, but his fights were entertaining. It's around his 20th fight when fans started to take notice.Comment
