I've seen his last couple performances. He looked decent vs Barrios. I'm just not sure if the power is still there.

I don't rate Tszyu as highly as many here seem to.
Impressed against who, Lopez had him an inch from being stopped, and goes 12 with a 140 pounder that a 135 Davis stopped. Manny fight was a bit of smokescreen of form because Manny had slipped a lot which showed in how easy Ugas beat him .

I don't rate Tim that high either I see holes everywhere but he has so many advantages here, I can see Thurman look ok for a few rounds because he knows how to box but its not against a 140 pounder its at 154.

Even if you don’t rate Tazoo highly , Keef gonna be in for a lot of hurt
He’s had 4 fights in six years
Lopez gave him a brun for his money and a beating to go with it
Barrios wasn’t much of a fight
      I don’t know man

Nothing complicated about this fight. I'm not sure why it even got made. It's a prime vs past-prime fight. Especially when the prime just had a winning streak by KO and the past-prime was in lacklustre performances in his last fights. Jaron Ennis should have taken this fight, instead.
        MulaKO MulaKO likes this.

Did you guys forget Terrell Gausha, a journeyman, dropped Tszyu with a right hand? And it's not like it was ages ago, that was in 2022.

I have no idea how Keith is gonna look after this long layoff, but acting like Keith doesn't have what it takes is laughable. This has upset written all over it.

Thurman would not do better than Gausha.

I think you guys are getting high on the hype as well as the Thurman hate.

Keith has fought above 147 plenty in his career - he started at 150. He's taller than Tszyu.

Tszyu has never faced a guy that can punch like Keith.

Keith is financially set. He wouldn't have taken this fight if he didn't like his chances.

If Tszyu wins, all credit to him, but this is a serious test.

I'm not getting influenced by this Thurman still got something left in his tank. Nah. Huge boo boo to me if he proves me wrong.

I'd even argue that Thurman's rise to fame was due to a weak 147 division he was in. Where are all the guys he beat now? Even Bundu who nobody knew existed made him run, thus the "Run Time" monicker started to creep in Keith's early prime time career. Past-prime Josesito almost stopped him. Now, I'm still a Thurman fan. Most of his fights were entertaining. His fight with Porter was huge and extremely entertaining. So hate is far from this poster.

And I still don't know why some keep insisting Keith Thurman is a huge guy. He is not. He's listed at 5' 7.5" on Wiki. Which I think is right.
