Can't argue that haha, but he at least looked the part today. Also he is entering his prime. He is 27 right now. So I think he is only going to get better but of unfortunately never get credit unless he can beat Canelo, Benevidez, or Morrell.Comment

Derevy is my dude.. all his losses have been CLOSE fights, maybe bar the Jermall fight. Wish he turned pro earlier. But I thought he beat Munguia for sureComment

Ok, Munguia is another fighter Canelo won`t fight.

Canelo won`t fight Morrell, Benavidez, Munguia, Bivol rematch, Beterbiev.

We are closer and closer. Canelo fights Crawford or bigger Charlo.Comment

Exactly. We know Canelo is going to choose the weak-east link. He's a resilient journeyman, you have yo put him down, he won't lay down for you, that is his credit, still a journeyman. And for guy with over 42 fights to think because he won against ryder that he should fight for the belts, is a little bit delusional when they're some guys like benavidez and Morrell jr that have been waiting for over two years. Then again we know ginger will choose the least dangerous.

Serious question - out of 40 year Golovkin, Ryder, Plant, Saunders, Smith, Yildirim etc

Everyone he’s beaten at 168, who’s actually an elite 168?Comment

You keep harping on the 40+ fights as if he started boxing 4-5 years ago. He's Mexican, started boxing at 15-16 with no amateur experience, he's not a commie Cuban or some commie Slavic that had 300 amateur bouts and turned pro at 25. The first 5 years\25 fights were his amateur experience. But he's done more than Morrell that's for sure. Benavidez and Munguia should be next in line for Canelo. Morrell hasn't earned squat.Comment
