Prove it in the ring then. I'd bet that you're not.

He's had two opportunities to fight with Matias but mentioned he needs more time and he'll fight Matias without the IBF rehydration clause.

IBF needs to fix their rankings. Hitchins has been ranked as a mandatory two times just to decline. He shows no interest in fighting Matias and this derails the career of Matias who's already avoided by other title holders.

No you're not, not by a long shot. You still have a lot to prove in the world of boxing at 140 pounds.
Moreover you shouldn't be so concerned about the IBF's re-hydration clause.
If you can't come in at 150 for fight night then you need to move up to 147 pounds, that's where your weight class really is at.
Otherwise stop talking about how great you are, and fight the champions at 140, without any if's, and's, or but's.
That's how true champion's do it, and if you want to be a true champion that's how you have to do it, without any excuses!

Fact's! Actions speak louder than words! He grew up in New York so he knows all about that! Right after your next fight it's put up or shut up time! Fight Matias!

                  My thought's exactly pnut.
What's Hitchins waiting for, and why is he making excuses for? If he believe's that he's the best right now, then he should sign the contract, and fight Matias!
He is fighting better opponent's virtually each time out, but if your going to state that you're the best in the world you've have to fight, and beat the champion's!

No you're not Hitchins. But you can make a point taking on Matias.

No way this privileged young boxer the best. Everyone want to use the Mayweather playbook on self promoting but barely earning it in the ring.
