Who determines who is star and who is not?

I dont think anyone determines a star in boxing. The numbers prove or disprove it. If your generating a lot of money you are a star, if you arent you arent a star.

The only debate is what that threshold number is. To me there are few doing $1M+ gates &/or 200k+ PPV buys so I'd say anyone doing one or both of those fight to fight is a star.
