Fundora is ranked #3 by TBRB. Serhii would probably be in the top 15 if they ranked that far down. This is one of the best vacant belt fights you'll see this year probably. Usually its one guy indie ranked & some guy whos #46 on boxrec or two guys who aren't close to being indie ranked.

Also Fundora is heavily pushed by PBC & Serhii is probably the #2 most promoted guy by the UFC's Fight Pass platform. Theres been far less hyped guys in vacant belt fights than these two.
