Probably, but he's not doing himself any favors. Bob doesn't want another Bud Crawford that is crazy talented but can't sell for crap and will make him lose money every fight. And unlike Bud, Shakur has pillow fists. He's at the level that being talented isn't enough any more. He's actually got to fight the top guys and stop acting like a diva or he'll absolutely end up with a huge chunk of his career being inactive, fighting poor opposition for not money, and losing money for his promoter.
Actually.. Bob does want him lol.
Bob could’ve been part of Bud-Spence and made money. He lost out and I know he regrets it deep down.
