Angel didn't have to tell us. We know he would have ducked Crawford. He did it at the lower weights. His son got a shot at Welterweight title even though he had loses but he didn't think Bud should get a shot.

that's terrific. He's part of the problem. A PBC Al Haymon ass suck.

He fought twice following the car accident and an eye surgery. That's basically admitting Crawford was too good of an opponent because what was the alternative that would've made Spence even half the money he made fighting Crawford? He got cleared by the NSAC, passed all the physicals, made weight, didn't looked DRAINED, but he gets beat up by a guy who OBVIOUSLY was just the better all around fighter and THEN the excuses came.

I agree with you about the Mikey Garcia fight, I never saw any advantage to beating him.

but to beat the top players from his era like he did, I believe shows he’s as good as people thought. I don’t understand how he wasn’t if he won every fight he’s had besides bud Crawford. Who certain people still don’t want to accept is super special.

EDIT: all fighters have reasons or excuses as to why they felt they lost. They do that so they can believe in coming back. I think you maybe need to live the boxers life for a while and you may garner some actual insight to how fighters tick.
Was it not Spence who said no excuses
        Full credit to Bud
No excuses when he beat Garcia and Ugas though
And I gave him credit for Kell fight
        ???

I thought you wrote he went to Sheffield and beat a smaller fighter. If you didn’t my apologies for that.

You have every right to be upset about the complaints thing, you as a fan that’s you’re right and I can’t tell you how you feel is wrong. I just think he is as good as people thought.

I give him credit , like I would give anybody credit going over the pond and winning a big fight
I did say smaller but that was my error
Kell was coming back down to his weight if I’m not mistaken

I hear you and yeah Spence was his first fight back after losing to GGG and having his eye broken. Spence coincidentally broke the other eye what are the odds of that for brook.

you made valid points and glad that we haven’t argued like you see boxing fans do everywhere on the internet. Hope you are well bud.

Anyway didn’t Kell go up in weight to fight GGG ?
Why do I recall something about weight issues with this fight
Or am I just wrong lol

He did go up to middleweight to fight GGG, I feel it ruined brooks career he was actually in negotiations for a unification fight with Jesse Vargas then took the golovkin fight.

And because Kell was always called and labelled himself a a “big” welterweight. He tried a fight or two at 154 but came back down to 147 to fight both Crawford and Amir khan.

Kell was often tight at welterweight always publicised struggles with making 147 , so that’s probably what’s on ya mind! I’m glad you’re good brother.
