Styles make fights and I knew fury would struggle with ngannou aswell because he's been lucky he hasn't fought good counter punchers
You could be right. Even if Fury beats Usyk, it doesn't mean he defeats Joshua, because as you say styles make fights. I'd like to see the fight. I'd still like to see Joshua against Wilder as well, that would be an interesting fight unless Wilder really is a shot fighter. I also believe Joshua's days as an elite level fighter are behind him.

Just because they're approaching dominating opponents differently, doesn't make them any less dominating.

And all 3 of their respective peaks were against less than stellar opposition so...

Despite what you might think and your belief you've got me in some kind of "gotcha moment", it truly just comes down to what you prefer stylistically because as I said they all dominated their mediocre opposition...
Okay, if it comes down to style preferences, then what the hell is the argument here? What boxing fan ever preferred either Kilitschko’s style over Mike Tyson’s?

I agree with the original poster too. AJ has the skills to beat Fury, the question is whether he still has the dog in him when it gets tough, because it will get tough. I def favor AJ over mma guy.

Because that part is subjective clearly, them both being dominant forces over weak opposition isn't, yet one is heralded and the other isn't.

Didn't know I would have to explain that but then again...

NGannou is a wild-card. As he trains now, he is learning many things all at once. Things more generic to boxing than the things he learned via his MMA experiences. The big question is: how fast does he make the new things his own? Also, how well does he incorporate the new things with what he knows from MMA fighting?
This could go wonderfully well for him, or be too much to handle too fast. Also, what happens if he takes a big shot? One thing for sure he's a fighter and hand to hand combat man. MMA doesn't deliver many that are afraid to fight.

On AJ's end I don't value the Wallin win much. He knew him, sparred him many times, fought him as an amateur. AJ knew he was not going to get into any trouble. Against Ngannou he may or may not feel that way. AJ hasn't fought many brothers as big as himself that he really felt were dangerous to him. I'll bet he thinks there is more danger from Ngannou than he thought there was versus Ruiz pre-fight. It will be interesting to see AJ's overall demeanor. That said he appears to be more gangster lately, kinda angry at public perceptions. He was kinda gangster at the press conference too (probably wondering if Ngannou was gonna shove him like Miller).

Lots of questions going in. I hope the fight lasts to the championship rounds, so we can see what these guys got at this point in their careers.

Correction. Both are heralded; only one is missed, and for good reason.

No they're not both heralded, Wlad is treat as an afterthought and Mike is treat as an ATG for running through crackheads...

There is many examples of this bias as well, Fury against Wlad in "AJs" own words and his fans "he fought like a coward" "box 12 rounds and run. don't respect that" "you don't steal treasure, you slay the king" and yet when he fought in a similar manner against Ruiz he's the next coming of Ali...

White fighters fight defensively, they're runners, pillow fists etc etc Black fighters fight defensively they're just "slick black fighters" I could keep going with the examples of this hypocritical BS...

This is your perception. Many fans on these boards heavily criticized AJ's rematch win over Ruiz Jr. You are the only person I've ever heard suggest that he was raised up high and regarded as the 2nd coming for that win. I get that that your statement is more hyperbole, but legions of fans criticized AJ for fighting a safe, even cowardly fight in that rematch, and up until his recent form change, many were saying that Ruiz Jr ruined him forever. The bottom line, it seems, is that you are upset that the Klitschko's (mainly Wlad) are not as revered in the sport as other popular contemporaries (Tyson, Lewis, etc), but, deep down, you do seem to understand why. Wlad's reign was so insufferably boring because he fought in a safety-first style even though he looked like the spawn of a super-solder and Greek goddess. He should have steamrolled and buried all of his opponents, but he just jabbed and hugged them all to death. It was the least exciting heavyweight reign in history. Truly, the only Klitschko fights worth re-watching were the ones they lost. That's not a controversial thing to say.

I'm not talking about MY PERCEPTION of AJs performance, I couldn't care less about his performance against a stuck in the mud like Ruiz...

I'm LITERALLY talking about what AJ himself said about Furys performance against Wlad then went on to have an even more cowardly performance against Ruiz, who is nowhere near the puncher Wlad is...

But a multitude of writers and media praised AJs performance and Fury was panned for the most boring performance ever....

Wlad and Tyson aren't worlds apart in KO percentage (82 and 88 respectively) your acting like he was winning by points all the time and Wlad had more fights and went on for longer, I find it hilarious that you'd mention hyperbole and spew shíte like that...

Like I said Lennox was the blueprint for Wlad and Wlad just perfected it under Steward.

But again race seems to be the dominating factor in what is or isn't boring, running etc etc the only person worse than Lewis or Wlad is Haney and Akinwande...

BTW you're proving my point for me, all three of the guys dealt with weak opposition but your gargling Tysons balls and calling the Klitschkos weak and their era...

You seem like a nice guy, but you're really hyper emotional. Fury was criticized for his performance against Wlad because the fight was boring as hell, and Fury was the reason. Real fans don't want to see a 7ft tall, 20st fighter (see, more hyperbole) flit around the ring throwing slap jabs and holding for an entire fight. It makes for a frustrating and sh.itty fight. As bad or worse than Henry Akinwande-Lewis. Why is it confusing to you that fans wouldn't like that? You seem mad at the world for not loving the Klitschko era, but why can't you just love it all by yourself?

As far as 'gargling balls' goes, as TOAA I detest ho.mosexuality as an unmitigated abomination, and I am keenly su****ious of any man inclined to casual ho.mo****** banter.
