Pacquiao's Training Camp is Going Well, Says Arum

Top Rank's Bob Arum says the training of Manny Pacquiao is going well. He visited Pacquiao's camp in Baguio, Philippines to watch the fighter train for the November 14 showdown with WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto. He wasn't sure how serious Pacquiao would train if the training camp was made in the Philippines. After a spending a few days at the camp, there are no doubts in his mind about how serious Pacquiao is training. [details]

WTF how you cant finish a 3 minute round after 2 weeks of preparation much less when you are at this stage of his career as Manny is?

    WTF?

I doubt that was a stamina issue as is implied...but more being able to handle Porter's power and size.

Manny does have some pretty tough sparring partners... And its it gets pretty serious in there "sparring" when Roach offers the sparring partners 1 G for knocking the Pac man down.

**** gets rough when that is on the table, trust.

The only one that can answer that Champ is Manny himself.

You honestly think a 15 round fighter cant finish one round?

No big deal..."he was able to work the next day the entire round. It's getting in shape is already in full swing in training," said Arum.

That could be true, but if he ant finish a 3 minute round of sparring with a random prospect, he wont survive more than 4 rounds against Cotto!!!

Even in a 12 rounder, you could see Pacquiao has 15 round stamina.
