Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford RACIST Tweet After Naoya Inoue Is Crowned Fighter Of The Year

This is racist. This guy has never said a derogatory thing about an entire group of people like this, until now.

This deserves a YouTube episode. We need to talk about this.

And yes, it is racist, because (A) it’s not true, (B) it’s too broad and (C) he’s acting like it applies to everyone of Asian descent.

I'd say more stereotyping than racism. I also doubt it is pointed at Inoue directly.

That would be similar to me saying for example "Why is it that when Black people have a conversion they always drop (censored) words? They do it even when they all seem chilling and doing good too". It is a generalized statement against a full group of people based on small example surrounding your environment so it is definitely is a stereotype so it isn't exactly recommended especially in public, but as an Asian myself I personally don't find it offensive in the specific way he termed it.

Now if he had said "Asians are always angry and pissed off" then that steps into the racism boundary.

I’m Asian and find it hilarious. Asians talk like Jamaicans in their native dialect to each other and would fight each other at the drop of a hat

but when they in front of whites and blacks they become meek as a rat pissing on cotton. Voice soft like a woman.

              That's the point.

If someone said "why do black people talk uneducated" - it's just as bad. It's not true - Chris Eubank, Johnny Nelson, Tiger Woods, Dwayne Johnson, Katt Williams, etc etc etc.

Now...people were all over Devin Haney's racist comment about white people. Silence when Crawford does it about Asians when he's NEVER said such broad stroke comments about an entire race of people and it just so happens to be the same race as Inoue. Come on.

If he was in the vicinity of someone who said, "why do black people talk like they have no education", he'd be all over them in a hot minute.

And the timing is too convenient. He's never said broad stroke statements about ANY race before this. And then you choose Asian? Which Inoue just so happens to be, fresh off Inoue being crowned FOTY? He didn't broad stroke Mexicans when Canelo was FOTY.

                It's too convenient. I'm sorry.

I'd say the soft voiced ones are moreso due to them not being comfortable speaking that language in general. And being Asian, you should know better than almost anyone how much Asians struggle with English. Now, I talk loud as hell in my American workplace that is for sure because I can speak English better than 99% of Japanese people I've met.

Same for the foreigners living in Asia surrounded by non-English speakers. The white and black and hispanic coworkers who only know broken Japanese will meekly order food at a restaurant when they have to order alone, but will talk English loud and chill when I am there to translate for them.

Crawford always been racist. Was racist towards Jose Benavidez, but his black privilege let him get off.
