As has been pointed out, when a boxer bends down and ducks down in an attempt to stop getting hit, the opponent is not obligated to stop throwing. All of Biev's opponents eventually end up staggering around because they are being mauled and they duck and bend at the waist to try and stop the onslaught. Shots on the ear and behind the ear are normal in boxing, Smith was landing behind Biev's ear as well.
It is a normal part of boxing and everyone knows it. Biev haters looking for anything to call him out on. It isn't like Smith turned his back on Biev and Biev hit him in the back of the head or neck. Smith was doubled over frantically trying to escape. Biev was throwing for the face and head, as all fighter do.
Biev is just a beast.Comment

Apparently a 72 hour fast can elevate your HGH levels by 500% while putting your body into a state where it eats unhealthy cells.
500 Seems like an insane amount, but I'm currently 20 hours into a fast to see what happens
I believe it boosts it, but that number seems nuts.

Every fight consists of fighters dipping and turning. Why don’t we see rabbit punch KO’s in every fight? It’s because not every fighter aims for it just because it’s there.Rabbit punches are behind the head, not the side of the head. Behind the ear is not a rabbit punch. Borderline maybe but it has to be directly behind the head. And these guys are turning away from Beterbiev and dipping down. If you dip and get clipped, thatâs your fault.
And it’s clear as day that Beterbiev throws his punches in a way to hit behind the head. You can see a long gap between his opponent ducking and him throwing his rabbit punch. It’s not always just a heat of the moment type of thing. You can see him pause, and then throw a combo at the ducking opponents back of the head.
Look, I predicted this would be a KO win for Beterbiev like mostly everyone did. Smith fought better than I thought and all, but still, it was inevitable. Beterbiev is one of my faves but we need to call it like it is.Comment
