Comments Thread For: Gervonta Davis 'Is The Real Deal' Says Arum, Ready To Make Tank vs. Stevenson, Lomachenko & Lopez Fights

Top Rank boss and Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum is ready to pit his top pugilists against Gervonta Davis. The Baltimore-bred knockout artist Davis (29-0, 27 KOs) has been dominating his dance partners, but the cupboard of high-profile, in-house opponents PBC could present moving forward is running dry.

Why would the Saudi's be interested in Tank? Because he's Abdul Wahid now?

Saudis aren't going to fund a Tank Wahid fight. They know full well that this dude is the jackest of all jack-******s.

The day after he converted, a fan criticized him on twitter, so Tank tweeted back that he was going to "Take his daughter out and slut her out to the homies"

That would go over well in Saudiland

Lol even Stevie Wonder and the 3 blind mice can see that Tank is the REAL DEAL. At this stage of his career, I think he'd easily beat Lomachenko whereas Teofimo would be a 50-50 matchup IF Lopez boxes smart. However, I always thought that Stevenson would easily outbox Davis but his last performance has made me reconsider and if he's that sloppy against Tank, he'll get put to sleep. Still, I'd make Shakur a 60-40 favourite in that bout as 'styles make fights'.

I’m a big tank fan… he hasn’t faced much adversity because he’s so good!

let’s see in a few years if tank stays on top

Cabbage patch this, cabbage patch that, but he isn't fighting anyone. Next? Teo would be hard as hell for him b/c he has fought tougher competition in Loma and Taylor who would trash Cabbage patches resume in one night.

Agreed...Tank is definitely an ELITE fighter deserving of his spot in Ring magazine's top 10 p4p list. However, my only criticism of him is that he's almost 30yo and HASN'T faced an elite p4p fighter yet whereas Teofimo has already beaten Lomachenko + Taylor. Therefore, it's time for him to test his skills against the best who he WON'T be able to go straight through like Lopez, Lomachenko + Stevenson. I want to see him tested just like fellow KO artist Spence!
