Maybe not the greatest example lol
Let's be honest though Arthur was just a stiff the Saudis gifted Bivol to tick over until the undisputed fight.

I didn’t think he brought any fear to Bivol honestly speaking
      A filler they say

        Aye most definitely.

Bivol seemingly hurt to the body shook my confidence in him against Beterbiev though, i'll be honest.

Especially given arthur can't crack an egg even if he was wielding hammers in both hands...

No way Bivol can take Beterbiev’s power imho
Just see what and how Smith Jr hurt him
Another 10 seconds and I think Bivol would of been in a world of hurt
          Saved by the bell

It was practically on the bell, if not just after i'm not sure I can hold much stock in that tbh.
Kind of of reminded me of Bellew getting hurt off Usyk when he fell asleep at the wheel right near the end of the round.

My point being Bivol was trying to keep it on the outside and Smith , with accumulation , got in and needed maybe a few se ones more
Smith doesn’t hit as hard as Artur
Beterbiev breaks him down and takes him out imo

Anyone having rewatch the Yarde fight has to be baffled at 2 of the judges putting him ahead after 7 rounds... one actually giving him 5 of them ...

Matchroom shelving him due to the Hearn/Gallagher feud essentially killed his career. Callum also has to take responsibility as I believe he didn’t maintain his weight during that period which led to even more inactivity. Then by the time he got to Warren he could never stay fit. Was always injured, pulling out of fights etc.

Definitely goes down as a fighter who could’ve achieved more in my book too.

Can't disagree with the accuracy of that summary! What a shame though. Thanks.

I don't understand why fans believe good fighters must be completely invulnerable to pain. They are not wearing armor so any man not named GGG can be hurt on any given night. It's not so much that a fighter can get buzzed or even dropped, but rather how quickly and effectively he recovers. Bivol has rarely been clipped and hurt in fights, and when he has been hurt, he's come back with fire.
