Don't stay in a hotel then, stay somewhere remote and prepare properly.

I saw Ricky Hatton said he was put in the casino hotel for the Urango fight and he ended up with a bad cold and blocked nose before the fight because the rooms had air conditioning controlled elsewhere and it was blasting all day and night. He won that fight so it wasn't an excuse, he was basically just saying don't be staying in casino hotels before a fight because you can't prepare in that environment.
