Don't really understand the appeal, matchroom should go by rematchroom considering how many opportunities Hearn's fighters got even after they get brutally stopped.

Yeah, I'd like to see Wood against Cordina. When Cordina's next fight was announced recently I figured it'd be Warrington next. Maybe they can get it on after, if Wood wins the rematch.

I guess you're right but still how many rematches do we need and also why does Warrington in particular seem to get infinite reruns, he's not exactly spectacular and he's dirty as they come...

I thought Wood was moving up to fight Cordina.

Not really to bothered about the rematch here but wood does deserve to have his fight at the city ground he's been promised it for ages and everytime there seems to be a road block. But I'd of a rather seen wood fight cordina or somebody like that if he's moving up

I agree. There are too many rematches these days. The worst, though, is rematch CLAUSES. There should be a "clause" that if the fight isn't competitive the rematch clause is null and void. Good points about Warrington, too. I guess I'm not mad about this particular one because it should be close and entertaining.

In an ideal world, no rematch would be written in contract prior to the fight but will be determined after the first match if the quality deserved one, and it also will be held in a timing that it doesn't hold the division up belt wise.

This is only happening because both guys put butts in seats.

I agree. In a small town sort of way. This is one of the rocks on the bottom of the pyramid.
