Imo , this would be great scrap even though I would like for Ortiz to have one more fight before , especially after Saturday’s fiascoJJ75JJ likes this.

Tim showed he for real in his last fight, so no way Ortiz will fight him because he won’t win against someone with a pulse
All these fighters do nowadays is talk the talk when they have that “0” to keep
Tim is a little different, he is hungry for that fame and name recognition because he has to overcome the shadow of his father, so he wants that smoke

Agreed. It is what it is. If he can get a bit more rounds to get better accustomed to 154, he would be ready for that type of fight IMO. Hopefully talk of this picks up steam since Charlo is still up in the air about the division.
Tazoo moved on , once he noticed that Charlo won’t fight him
The man just wants to fight and I tip my hat to him
No easy fights either

We haven't even seen Ortiz prove anything yet at 154. Tszyu has shown us that he is at the top of that division. Ortiz looked faster than he usually does in his fight with little welterweight but that wasn't ANY KIND of test. That means almost nothing. Let's wait to see if Ortiz actually has the goods before we start fanboying. Ortiz might still be fragile for all we know...He didn't have any resistance from the guy he fought, so we don't know what he brings to the table yet.JJ75JJ likes this.
