Because Haymon was already struggling to find fight dates for a lot of his roster. He was bleeding money and now with Amazon it’s going to be a lot less dates.

Fighters that have been shelved may look for other options and Golden Boy just signed a new deal with more dates for DAZN.

Shouldn’t be a problem since Haymon is just an “advisor” and not a promoter according to him.

Why would any fan advocate for the SPORTS leader to exit the sport?? LOLLLL SMH CLUELESS

ESPN pays $90 million budget annually to TR, that’s significantly more then HBO or SHO ever invested annually. You have no clue of what you speak. ESPN Is SPORTS.. HBO & SHO primary content is NOT Sports, SHO got out of Sports space all together.

Shakur is not leaving TR, they’re the only ones offering him a significant deal, he’s already being drastically overpaid by TR.

I'm advocating for the sports "leader" to exit boxing for the same reason the two boxing "leaders" in HBO and Showtime left. Because they realized as long as the sport is fragmented it cannot thrive. 15 yrs ago Espn had over 100 mill cable customers. But after cord cutting their down to 70 mill and steadily dropping. This isn't 1998 and ESPN isn't this huge "leader" in sports like they once were. Have you been sleeping under a rock the last decade?

Don't forget people were saying HBO would nevereave boxing because they're to big. Then they left. People like me thought Showtime would never leave boxing and then they did. Now ESPN is dropping everything that's not profitable. I bet you thought Crawford would never leave "the leader" because Arum was paying him 6 mill guaranteed and yet Crrawford still went to Pbc. Shakur basically told AK and Barak that after this fight he's following Crawford to Al Haymon.

So yrs I am advocating for the "leader" to exit the sport so TR PBC and GBP can be under one network in Amazon. If you are a true American boxing fan then you would be advocateing too. But seeming as though you've been clueless about almost every damn topic on this site for the past few years it's not surprising to me that your dumb azz can't comprehend

                You’re an idiot dude LOL..

Amazon is not investing anywhere near the money ESPN is investing in the sport, get a clue.

No one spends more money on sports then Disney SMH

TR has raved about the Amazon deal with Monster over in Japan and how he wishes they would replicate that in the US (yes I heard about the Endeavor rumors). Oscar finally realizes that when (not if) he loses Ryan to PBC then the writing is on the wall at Dazn. He needs to make his move now to Amazon. Virgil needs big money fights at 154 with Jermell, Tim Kudzoo, Bud, Earl, towering inferno, Lubin and more. Mungia needs Jermall and all the P C fighters 160-168. Floyd Schofield needs Tank, Pitbull, Frank Martin, De Los Santos, El Rayo and I'm sure Shakur will be with PBC before summer '25. It's now or never Oscar. Before the year is out we could possibly have PBC, TR and GBP on Amazon Prime. GOD WILLING!
Lol yea idk about that, but I wouldn't be mad about it if it did happen. Idgaf what platform everyone was on, but it'd be a boxing fans dream if it happened.

Ask the ppl that have been signing with them lately. But anyone can see they've acquired some top ten caliber guys recently.

They put Ryan in vs Tank. They are putting Kid Austin in with JoJo which I think has upset potential. They sound like they are looking to make Vergil vs Tim sometime this year. Like I said I'm cool dogging Oscar or anyone for bs they are doing wrong, but I'm also gonna give mfers credit when they do things right. If you aren't capable of doing that it doesn't have sh^t to do with me.
