112-122 has been totally 99% dominated by Mexicans. Of course there are fighters like Mark 'too sharp' Johnson, Rigondeaux, Nonito and Monster Inouye but they only come around every 10 years. 126 has been 90% dominated by Mexicans historically with other races (like GRJ and Prince Naseem) coming few and far between. 130-135 have been dominated 50% by Mexicans as those are the weights where future black WWs start off. 140 is the beginning of the end of Mexican dominance (Kotza Tszyu). 147 is the start of black domination all the way to HW. Sure there was Pacquiao and ODLH who are bona fide 1st ballot HOF top ten fighters but not much else.
