Bob screwed him over with that Lomo fight. The way Bob screwed Cotto over with Manny fight. They both weren't physically ready and asked Bob for time and get ultimatum instead.

I wish him luck, I have to wonder how much is left in the tank at this stage.

He has 1 or 2 years left max. I dont think its gonna happen. I think this fight is his curtain call. 37 is too old to restart boxing. His mind will be sharp but his body wont do what it tells him to do.

The Axe man must've axed away all of his money hence is the reason why he came back. He has power. I think if he can train year round and remain disciplined then he could get an IBO, ABC or WBF world title. I wish him luck.

The Axe Man has been on the comeback trail since covid broke out
Not much of a comeback if you ask me
I enjoyed him while he was active

I agree, but I also believe that t's a bit to late (6 years to late), and at 33 at that, to start thinking about a serious comeback.

This guy was an absolute killer in his prime. Casuals look at loma's resume and don't appreciate at all how good that win was at the time.

I won't say what he can or can't accomplish but coming back at 36 37 is a bit cringe worthy I can't even lie. It's one thing If you're already in the mix but trying to rebuild at that age? Seems like the money got low and he's just going for what he knows at this point. I did wonder whatever happened to dude I remember him being unhappy with the inactivity under TR but he should have came back years ago...
