          Wish all states did this. Fighters have a very short window to make $$$...
          then they're on their own... often times with limited cognitive function.

                Would have to imagine that certain people benefitted from not telling all these boxers that they were due payouts. Something I hope the authorities at least look into. Sad to think how many guys would've been struggling to pay their medical and other bills not knowing they were owed money that could've really helped.

                  Shane got 202k so that means 32 dudes split the remaining 300k or so, that’s 10k a fighter, while that comes in handy, how about profit sharing from fight libraries. Make that a back up to fund the pension fund. GBP, pbc, top rank, hell even Don king makes money off their fight libraries.

                    Boxing and boxers definitely need medical aid and a pension fund.

                    I'd include mixed martial artists of course, and those in rugby, American football and even a case for soccer players.
