I would say its somewhere inbetween.

Mike Tysin fits the criteria for someone who would fall that 3 card trick whilst being not guilty of it, but he also fits the criteria someone who would do something like that, either way when an allegation like that comes up Mike's reputation would not have done him any favours guilty or not. Im not saying he deserved it if he was innocent but i can see the jury's thought process on why they thought there was no smoke without fire etc, thats still not right to convict somebody though imo.

No. They ****ed consensually, but he got a lil too rough for her likin. She knew she could get a piece of him but cryin ****, so she did. Male celebrities get into that kinda trouble all the goddamn time.
