All the fans that supposedly dont want to see a Parker rematch are merely Joshua apologists hiding behind a contentious win over 6 years ago.

Parker under Andy Lee ends the myth of A-side Joshy just like he did Dr Sleep.

AJ is more interested in quacking his way to a paper title and fighting for a trash belt to pose with so he can claim hes the best, without fighting the best.

Parker is the best there is outside of Usyk and Fury. He has no problems getting in there with anybody and has the confidence in his training, trainer and most recent win to fall back on.

Joshua doesn't have that. He'd want Parker to get a little more shop worn with maybe Zhang while crushing another can to convince himself he's back before even thinking about taking on Parker.

I'm inclined to think AJ will always duck Parker like he did Wilder. He dont want the smoke. He wants the mirror.

The crack you're smoking really is strong in New Zealand isn't it.

Parker isn't in the top 5. But if he were to fight AJ again, he has two choices. Disengage and run away again to say he survived 12 with AJ. Or engage and get violated in a way he hasn't before. Not even the Joyce massacre would come close to what AJ would do to him. Parker wouldn't compete. It's a mismatch. Just like it was back then.

Why didn't Andy Lee help him beat a shot Chisora the first time or Joe Joyce? Lee isn't even a myth. He's a delusion that exists inside your mind. You're there to be laughed at.

You may now get back to smoking your crack. You clearly love it.

time for Parker to fight Michael Hunter, or rematch Takam or Ruiz, a fight with Michael Hunter should be easy to make but Parker has already ducked him 3 times. You beat Hunter you can then fight Bakole then Hergovich who will beat AJ. Or Jared Anderson. Basically nomore UK fighters, then we can judge the landscape of HW boxing better.

Remember when AJ won the title by running away from that Fat Kid for 12 rounds ?

The same Fat Kid Parker stood and traded with to win his title ?

            Fun times. Good memories.

Parker should get the rematch...I believe Joshua would have beaten him that first match regardless of the ref interfering and it seems like it would be a better fight now...but hey let them make some money in the meantime I guess pump it up a bit...all depends on the Fury Usyk fight at the end of the day that's the big piece of the puzzle...if Fury wins he wont fight Parker so will be a Fury Joshua big money fight.

Geez tell him what you really think!...I reckon crack is a lot cheaper and easier to come by in the UK obviously.

he's had 2 massive wins in Ruiz and Wilder cant take it away from him even though the Wilder nut huggers have fallen to the floor...everyone expected a massacre and now they are saying he's shot because Parker beat him.

I wouldn't begrudge Parker the fight. Firstly because he's beaten the man AJ was going to fight but also because Parker was screwed by the ref in their first fight and wasn't allowed to work. He was pulled away anytime he got near AJ. It was disgraceful.

That said, the fight doesn't really excite me that much. I'm sure it'd be a better fight with a ref that wasn't preventing Parker hitting AJ, but there's other fights I'd rather see first.

AJ vs Hrgovic with Parker vs Dubois on the undercard sounds good to me.

Maybe a better referee this time if a fight is to be made?

I remember the first fight, a lot of people were complaining about not letting them fight on the inside.
