AJ wanted to rematch Whyte, while Parker deserves a rematch for his comeback and because of the referee in their first fight. But even if not having it, it is him, but not Ngannou who deserves a chance for the undisputed. However, none of this will happen.

And while AJ is telling everyone how great he is and looking to fast track a shot with a cherry pick of an MMA guy. Parker is eliminating the contenders so AJ can't duck him when/if the time comes.

Clear out the competition and the shot will come screaming to you...

        Patience grasshopper.
But what if Parker loses to Joshua again? His title shot goes poof. It was easy to prepare for Wilder, because he's one-dimensional, and Fury gave Joe some valuable pointers, And of course, he's not what he once was. Joshua is a different story.

I try not to do what if's in life and in sports.

What if Joshua had the balls to fight Wilder instead of having Parker soften him up and Wilder smoked AJ ?

Parker fought Wilder completely different to how Fury did so i don't know how valuable those pointers were.

As for Joshua ; He crushed 2 cans in a lead up to wasting his sparring partner. I have no idea what the story is with him.

Parker needs to beat Zhang and whatever happens after that, who knows. But if AJ and Oilskin keep winning they're on a collision course for a well timed rematch probably for a spare belt.

Though i reckon Hearn will try to do what he did to Wilder first - in saying the path to AJ was through Whyte - and offer up Hrgovic as a ****block for A-Side Joshy.

So many what if's its hardly worth speculating on.

What if we'd got Parker v Hrgovic , Joshua v Zhang, Kabayel v Sanchez and Ngannou v Wilder to round out Riyadh season ?

That would have been my preference to sort out who's contending and whos pretending.

That’s easy , Hrgovic would hand Parker another loss , Wilder will never go near Ngannou bc he hits to hard , and the forum would say Joshua beat up another 40 year old and he’d hand Zhang another loss this time by knockout and the forum would cry about it .

That’s why none of that is happening we’re actually getting a better fight and Joshua is getting a shot at the consensus top 2 next which is hopefully Usyk because it’s a great chance Fury runs away from Joshua again and retires .

Parker has not really, had a consistent winning run against top level fighters 'He wins here, then gets beat, wins there, then gets beat. And yes he was a World Champion, but? He has not been one of the three mountains of this era i.e Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua have been the three mountains of this era who everyone is attempting to climb.

If Parker beats Zhang, then yes? A rematch with Joshua 'Would then for me have more validity'.

But right now, Joshua does not really need to fight Parker 'Joshua beat him easily many years ago, when he was undefeated. Joshua has a superior resume than Parker, and he has better and bigger opportunities out their waiting for him if he wins vs Ngannou'.

Note: I understand that Parker's fans will want the Joshua fight 'But that is not how the game works, fighters will take on their biggest opportunities where they have the most to gain. That is how the game works'.

What on earth has Joshua got to gain by fighting Parker? Prestige? No. Credit? No, Joshua has already him. And Parker has already been pretty much annihilated by fighters such as Joyce. Parker put up a great effort vs Joyce, but the conclusion to that fight was that he was eventually obliterated.

Joshua was stopped on his feet, with a smile on his face vs Ruiz Junior I 'He has never been destroyed or obliterated'. They are the facts of his career.

Parker has also been beaten by Dillian Whyte, who Joshua beat up and knocked out when he was for me a better fighter 'Undefeated, better condition in a more classical boxing sense'.

So if the fight is not for a World title, why does Anthony Joshua have to fight Parker? Joshua would most likely be a big favorite for the fight 'Parker deserves credit for beating Wilder, but really it was not a great performance'.

When Parker was asked in the aftermath of the fight, inside the ring 'Was that your best ever performance? Parker never stated that it was his best performance, and instead responded by saying 'It was my most discipline performance'.

Joseph Parker's best performance for me, was vs Joe Joyce 'Overall on that night, Parker may have been up against one of the best Heavyweights in the division at their absolutely peak. Parker inflicted a lot of damage on Joyce, which many people over look. It was a great performance from Parker, he fought with a measured aggression. Pretty much left it all in the ring, nobody can really criticize his efforts that night'.

Parker vs Wilder, was pretty much a 12 round sparring demonstration from Parker 'It was like a novice amateur boxer who has great power, stepping inside the ring with a experience highly skilled fighter'.

Deontay Wilder throughout his entire career, has always been susceptible to being beaten that easily 'When he encounters a top level Heavyweight'. Deontay Wilder, if he does not knock his opponents out at top level, if he does not achieve this objective? Then he will most likely get out boxed and drop rounds.

Overall if Parker beats Zhang, then maybe 'Parker vs Joshua II, would be a fight which gains more transaction'. Right now, it is just not one of Joshua's best opportunities, it would not be good match making for Joshua etc.

Wilder and Joshua have been climbed like Brokeback Mountain.
