That's wild. So Plant could hypothetically fight Mal, win and get crazy points for it just because Mal has the 160 belt that he hasn't defended in almost 3 years?

No wonder Spence was considered P4P top 5 off that Mikey Garcia win.

Who are you referring to? Canelo wasn't trying to be great by fighting Jermell, no matter how much you tried to push the "Jermell is actually a lot bigger!" narrative.

And if Jermell was trying to be great, he would have thrown more than 5 punches a fking round.

Is Jermall still recognized by TBRB or Ring Magazine?

Sorry, I misread. I thought you had also listed world titles. I doubt he's listed by TBRB because they still have standards. Ring wouldn't surprise me though. After all, he did just break his inactivity.

EDIT - Charlo not ranked, Lara is though and I don't think he's fought since Cornflake in 2021

            I just checked.

The middleweight champion is vacant in the most recent rankings I could find on TBRB’s website, for October 2023. And the middleweight champion is vacant for the Ring Magazine ratings as well.

So no, Caleb Plant will not get crazy points for whipping up on Jermall.

No he is not. And ESPN also does not have him listed.

Think you only lose pts if you lose a fight. Full rules of how he comes up with the numbers are at the bottom of the article.
