I'm about sick of everybody in this mofo...
I love how you added in Jameson whisky later, but I admit that we Christians do enjoy a good drink now and then.

The US, France and the UK have killed more people than all religions combined. In the last 40 years alone, the US has caused over twenty million deaths and carnage in over 40 countries.
Would you say that was religion?

Because most Islamophobes also tend to be racist as fück. Just look at the talking points on Fox News and conservative media.

I would say that was money, personally

a large percentage of the problems and abuses that occur within organized religion have money at their root …

…root of all evil, and such…

As a person somewhere between conservative and libertarian, I’d have to say the average typical Islamic people are some of my favorite I’ve ever come across in life. I’ve enjoyed working with them, and they tend to be family oriented and welcoming. Can’t speak for everyone, but that’s my take in general

as for race, I am mixed race myself, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.

At any rate, good luck to Tank / Abdul.

PS — you really from Oregon? I’m from the PNW so just wondered. Cheers.

You cited 3 things to one, still it has nothing to do with how destructive these fairytales are and have always been.

That’s what we call moving goal posts but fret not, let’s walk you through historical facts, shall we?

Have you ever heard of the Spanish Inquisitions? Or the Crusades? Or the Pogroms during WW2 that was run by God fearing Christians? Or slavery that was justified by Christians using the Bible (this continued for over a hundred years despite the emancipation proclamation? Or the Christian rag-tag group called the KKK? Or even the US invasion of ****** lands? How about the many Christian countries that follow canonical laws and derive punishments from the holy book?

Pretty sure you’ll move goal posts again by stating things like “those example I gave are from the past” or “These are bad Christians and they don’t use religion” or a myriad other excuses but we’ll be here to check you with facts and logic.
Yes those examples are from the past and that's the thing, Christianity is OVERALL a quite soft religion by now at least in western countries wich is a good thing.

The way I've always looked at religion is that dividing line that splits down the middle with those who are violent in the name of Allah/Christ/God and on the other side, those who believe in compassion and love. A true ****** is a person of peace and a true Christian is a person of peace. And I believe true spirituality is not just encased in a building somewhere, it emanates from a person's heart and soul. The great axiom of spirituality is grounded in love and springs from that core. I despise the Christians that act as though all ******s are violent without admitting to the fact that so-called Christians have created a legacy of violence and hate too. A lot of lost souls who lost the meaning of life along the way. I have met some wonderful ******s and Christians who are centered in love and acceptance and I'm the better for that. When a persons heart and soul and mind are in the right place, everything good and great comes from that and it affects others....that is what I've learned. True spirituality is simple, but religion is often convoluted.
