    Well, there's a big difference.

When Inoue couldn't get the other belt holders at 115 to unify, he moved to 118 and joined the WBSS tournament.

When Bud couldn't get the other belt holders to unify at 147, he waited patiently for five years and accused his promoter of being a racist.

But sure, we can play the "foreigner privilege" card if that's easier for you

I’ve seen welterwgts do that before many times.
Yeah that is true. I love watching Inoue.

What's coming back does matter though, I think we can agree on that. If Inoue had been fighting guys with similar KO power, he may or may not have achieved so much. And we know it's true because Inoue gets hit, he is never too worried about the power level. He is skilled but mainly just breaks guys down with his power. He isn't a very tricky fighter.

Bud KOing most every guy he has fought, when many of those guys had real power, is more impressive.

This is why many rate Bud alot higher than Inoue. I myself don't. It's close. I think Inoue likely carries his power up another division.

          That's not even true though

          Fulton fight Inoue outlanded 30% - 21%
          Tapales fight Inoue outlanded 36% - 17%
          Butler fight Inoue outlanded - 23% - 13%
          Donaire (1) fight Inoue outlanded 36% - 23%
          Moloney Fight Inoue outlanded 32% - 18%
          Rodriguez Fight Inoue outlanded 38% - 10%

Don't act like he's standing and trading with his hands down. Inoue is very defensively responsible.

Don't get me wrong. Inoue is an all around skilled fighter. I love his fights.

Those stats, IMO, say far more about how hard Inoue hits than his defensive prowess. He has a decent defense. But his main defense is his offense. When he hits guys they back up, stop throwing and just want to get away. His power is his main defense.

Put ten WW's in a gym, each with 20% ko ratio. Let them all fight each other for a few rounds. You will get a bunch of boring bouts. Now bring in a guy with a 90% KO ratio who hits alot harder. He stops three guys in a row. See the difference? Now bring in 10 WW's who all have decent KO percentages, and a few with big KO power. The fights become alot more entertaining and interesting.

That is why Inoue is not as impressive to many as Crawford is. I myself don't hold Inoue accountable for the weights though, he is impressive and has obviously worked on his power relentlessly. But if you put Inoue in with other guys who also have that type of power, it changes things.

Buds opponents have been low level, also more casuals have heard of Inoue than him, Inoue is simply better for boxing in every single way, he's a class act, bud isn't.

Liking Inoue more is fine. But Inoue hasn't exactly fought a murderers row of killers.

Beating Spence was a better win than Inoue has ever had by a large margin. That isn't debatable.

I could debate Spence was a walking zombie, but that wasn't buds fault. Bud has to fight Ennis, and beat him, avoiding this fight will damage his legacy. In the mean time 2024 just will get better and better for the monster munch.

The whole power thing is all relative. It's not like Terence has been in with many guys who are known for their punch. Doesn't matter if they're bigger guys than what Inoue is fighting, Crawford is of similar size, so he's able to absorb shots from guys his size. It's not anymore impressive that he's running through guys that had "real power," whatever that means.

The irony here is before the Spence fight, everyone said Bud had faced only plumbers and bums. Now he's faced "murderers row" and has the superior resume to everyone.
