Buatsi at this point seems to have made it his lifes ambition to not fight Bivol.

Also if Bivol is still with Matchroom can they fight Bivol , Boxxer won't send them over and won't risk a purse bid which there is every chance they'll lose given Bivol has the champions cut on his side. Same thing that stopped that Wardley Clarke fight,
