or maybe Tyson's level of agression and killer instinct was so high, that without weed he'd have been like a rabid dog in the ring
maybe he needed weed to calm down a bit, and therefore fight in a smarter way, maybe that's what he meant
weed is the last thing a fighter should be taking when he's about to fight, it slows down your reflexes and destroys your agresiveness
if you're gonna take illegal drugs before a fight, do ******* instead, it increases your awareness, gives you a confidence boost and makes you more agressive
it works, just ask Whitaker or Chavez Sr

You're arguing something that hasn't been brought up. You are the first person to mention ducking in this thread.
Deontay claims he has lost his killer instinct, but when he had "that dog" in him, nobody had a chance.
I then said, he must have lost that dog at least five years ago. He fought Fury three times, yes. But far from Fury never having a chance, Fury didn't lose a single fight to Wilder. The first time was over five years ago. Therefore, if it is true that no one had a chance when he had "that dog" in him, then he must have lost it at least five years ago.

Then after Inoue beat the black fighter Stephen Fulton like a drum he STILL refuses to rate him in his P4P top 10. Despite most everyone else having Inoue in contention for the #1 spot.
A racist is a racist. Don’t be afraid to call it out just because the perpetrator is black.Last edited by ShoulderRoll; 12-28-2023, 08:03 PM.Comment

78sportstv said he didn’t rate Inoue because he had never beaten a black fighter. That’s a racist standard to set.

If you really think racism is wrong, that is.
Or do you think black Americans can’t be racist? Or that it’s ok if they are?Last edited by ShoulderRoll; 12-28-2023, 08:01 PM.Comment

What you’re doing is called gas lighting. You’re the one talking about racism, I’m not. They are being patriotic and nationalistic about their group. That offends you, it doesn’t at all offend me.Comment

There’s no logical reason why Inoue, who is at worst #2 P4P to most serious boxing observers, is not included anywhere in 78sportstv’s top 10. The only explanation is racism.
If it was a white person or a Brit doing this to a black boxer you would be up in arms about it. Well, that’s the burden that comes with being against racism…you need to stand up to it whenever ANYONE does it. Not just when one particular group does it.Comment
