I am a very strong Wilder supporter but I think Wilder is a fool and he is delusional.
He is the biggest disappointment I ever experienced in 2023.

I'm still not getting what Wilder is ruminating about. His fight with Joshua was already set in March next year, and only the Saudis can stop it from happening. AJ didn't object to it. That's, of course, assuming they get past their respective fights. Deontay wasn't able to fulfill his part of the bargain. Yet he still talks as if AJ has full control of everything.

Joshua had encouraging words for Wilder, and even admitted his willingness to still fight him..

        Then this?

Why not talk about how you exhibited terrible footwork, and how you need to work on that? Or, how you were gunshy, and need to be more active? Or how you are 38, and it may be time to put boxing behind you?

        Instead, this?

        I just don't understand...

This is Wilder's way of pathetically begging for them to still fight him. Dude is annoying AF and I hope they ignore his ****** ass

All he had to was keep his end of the bargain but instead he turns up half hearted. Crap trainer. He himself looked happy after the fight. His head ain't in boxing know more his ego got smashed by the fury fights and he had his last roll of the dice in that third fight

They all but wrote him off after the Joyce fight but how many guys here said Parker would duck Joyce? There were plenty. That’s the thing that is so intriguing about HW boxing. You are always one punch away from getting back in the mix, especially in the 4 belt era.

Most on NSB had nothing good to say about both Joshua & Parker’s weaker opponents earlier in 2023 especially Parker. They both had a few rebuilding fights & training camps. It looks like both of their decisions to rebuild worked out for the better especially for Parker. He went the distance with that blown up CW & everyone destroyed him on this site. Then another can followed by his destruction of the protected Simon Kean who was exposed in my eyes losing to Dillon Carman. With 3 camps & wins he went into the Wilder fight with momentum. Twice now he has rebuilt. He did the same after back to back losses to Joshua & Whyte. With the Leapai, Winters & Fa fights before fighting Chisora.
Parker really hasn’t been fighting high level guys for a long time though consistently , you get Whyte and Joyce’s here and there but he’s been on a safety first track that’s why he was at the lower end of the spectrum in my top 10 if he was at all in recent years . You need rebuilding at times but he’s had really long stretches in years doing that , I guess no one knew how to show him how to close at mid range bf Lee ?

The win obviously puts him back in but defeating Wilder only gets him where you rated Wilder ? Joshua , Usyk , Hrgovic, Fury , Wilder have been consistently my top 5 . Technically I can put him at 5 but is he really better then Zhang or Joyce still ? Wilder was ripe for the loss last week , Parker vs Zhang would tell us who should be a top 5 guy . One thing I saw about Parker in training was he looked in sync with his punches and at the open work out he actually looked like he was boxing his whole life as he should because he has ,that’s not usually the case . In the Wilder fight he got behind his punches didn’t have his chin in the air and timed going in on Wilder when he leaned back etc etc…

If Parker can keep that form it’ll be interesting but remember Wilder makes guys look better most the time ,would he keep form against a Zhang who throws many punches ? People are forgetting certain guys giving him a solid fight plan namely Fury ,he’s not going to have numerous advantages next time as he did with this win so to be Zhang is a 50/50 fight .

More like his way of not wanting the fight still because all this will do is have Joshua tell Hearn to go tell him to kick rocks .

He doesn’t have to beg bc he can easily say he accepts Joshua’s offer to still fight him . Lol

Well, it is not Joshua`s fault you lost.

AJ seemed normal to me. Didn't even gloat about Wilder's terrible performance in the ring afterwards.

Wilder is the most delusional and shameless pro boxer out there. He should thank his gods that he didn't face AJ last weekend because he would have gotten completely destroyed. Wilder’s only reason to mention AJ's name is his hope for a retirement payday. If I were AJ I ignore this clown completely. But if the Saudis are willing to waste their oil money for an AJ vs Wilder mismatch AJ should take the money for an easy work.
