I was simply piggybacking on his statement. If GGG is champ and "defends" against Steve Rolls, that's garbage. If Canelo defends against fighters who have no shot to win, that's garbage too.

A 1% chance of losing is not the same as 50/50, and it's not the same as fighting the current champ in order to become champ.

That's my goalpost, which never moves. For the most part, fans should know a real and good defense when they see one.
