Wilder is not retiring soon. He still has four fights+ in him. Ruiz, Joshua, Usyk, and others.

The only man he hasn’t knocked down is Parker at the tail end at 38.

The following fighters were top 10 when he fought them
      1. Ortiz
      2. Splika
      3. Stiverne
      4. Washington
      5. Laikovich
      6. Helenius
      7. Duhaupas
      8. Kelvin Price
      9. Chris Areola
      10. Eric Molina

All top 10 at the time.
Lets get real..the ONLY one on that pathetic list of cans who was legit top 10 was old past it Ortiz.

”All running for cover and making excuses”? Now thats hilarious!! Who and when? Pbc/Wbc protected and coddled Wilder for majority of career with endless “voluntary”
defenses. Wilder famous line when questioned about weak selection of opponents - “The top 10 is not available when i am ready to fight”. Finally Exposed and beatdown by a Fat Man Gypsy who Haymon mistakenly underestimated and nearly got ko himself by a mma fighter in his 1st boxing match. Any legit top 10 Hw would have done the same thing as Fury/Parker - come forward, bully Wilder and keep him on his backfoot. No inside game and clueless on his backfoot with no room to launch right hand. Good Hw…nowhere near great. Likewise for Fury/Aj.

Well, let's see your list of the top ten in the last 10 years that Wilder didn't fight.

Any chance he takes Andy Ruiz if he comes back?

Such an uninformed statement. Let's examine the facts. Apart from Foreman's impressive victories over Frazier, Norton, and other elites, the rest of the fighters you listed didn't secure knockouts at the highest level. Lewis couldn't knock out Holyfield and beat Vitali on cuts, and defeated an old Tyson. Holyfield, too, scored a knockout against an older Tyson, but who else did he KO among the elite? AJ's knockout of Klitschko came towards the end of Klitchko's career, but can you name other top-level opponents he stopped? And Vitali, which elite fighters did he KO in his era? The truth is, all of them had difficulties in securing knockouts, even within the top 10 WBC level fighters. Man, ground your statements in some statistical evidence before making fantastical claims.

Thank you. This is exactly what I said in a few posts earlier. These guys carefully scrutinize Wilder's record with a fine tooth comb but act like we can look at Fury, AJ and Klitschko's record and see Mike tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, LennOX, Foreman, Holmes, Spinks, Ali, Ernie Shavers, Joe Frazier etc. The same 'bum" names that are on Wilder's record are the same names on AJ Fury and Klits.

Does anyone actually rate Fury as a KO artist though? Also...isn't that an indictment on Wilder....getting stopped by the guy who isn't known for that?
