not really... Ali's defense wasn't that great to me... He had some movement, mostly all standing straight up and down...he blocked with his arms sometimes.. Defense was Ok'ish. Guys like Pernell Whitaker had better defense/elusiveness...

But what was legendary to me about Ali was his resilience and willpower.. his strategy alot of times was just to take punishment and tire the other guy out. A la Foreman.

Didn't you post a list of the greatest heavyweights yesterday and you had Louis 1st and Ali 2nd, now you say Marciano is the best. You are a WUM and not a very good one.

Ali in the 60's was actually quite elusive. When he came back from the suspension. He had put on more weight and was stationary. And that is when he started using the rope a dope strategy. But, the Ali of the 60's was one of the fastest HW of all time. Maybe the fastest.

                  Hmm ok.

Though I have seen a lot of his earlier fights, I must admit that I do focus more on the Foreman, Frazier fights than anything else in his career, so you could have me there.

As elusive as Sweet Pea though?

You're a completely useless troll with all those ridiculous threads.

                      What number account is this?
