Shame the commission didn't say it was plaster of Paris, and rather that it was traces of a flaky substance with calcium and sulfur. I am sure they would have said it was Plaster of Paris if it was instead of beating around the bush. However, it was something that was illegal.

Something went down in the Mosley fight and it was unacceptable, but to say margarito cheated against cotto is flat out wrong. Would you agree? Or can someone be convicted without any proof. If someone is convicted of attempted murder would they be convicted of a murder that happened a year prior, in which there was no evidence or proof of participation?

If Barry Bonds said oh ... I only cheated and used steroids AFTER i broke Aaron's record would you believe him???? .... that kinda doubt is what makes me believe margarito cheated in his biggest fight of his career (vs Cotto)

What I meant to say, using your logic in the previews posts is that, Margarito did participated in both events and theres evidence that leads to him using it against Cotto. But no actuall exact proof that would hold up in a court, but with common sense you know he did!!!

You can believe what you want, but there is proof he didn't cheat against cotto which is seen in the fact that he passed the inspection, however there is NO proof that he did cheat against cotto. the NSAC did their job and wrote off on his wraps, and all you can do is accept their judgment since they are the ones who make sure everything is done by the book.

Other than the fact that he grined Cotto down, there really isn't any proof at all, Cotto also bruises and cuts regularly. I guess with common sense we can assume Foreman cheated his whole career too since he KOed people.
