That’s fragile as phuck if you use other men’s failures or even success to lift your confidence. Nothing or no one should ever have any influence with you but your damn self. That’s why AJ doesn’t have the heart to be an ATG, this mentality here

That just goes to show that Joshua does suffer from a lack of confidence.
Now I'm not saying that he's a coward, as a matter of fact to is a tough fighter, with some skills, and power.
But Joshua has been beaten in the ring, and by smaller men, fighters that he was expected to beat.

That's literally all fighters. Look at your bf carnela. He literally got confidence after golovkin got old and looked bad against brook and Jacobs.

Hankey did it as well. He saw prograis look like shlt so that's when he decided to fight him next

Joshua just said what every fighter thinks

Let's actually be realistic here instead of reactionary. What AJ is saying definitely has merit because multiple fighters have shown by there actions there ambush predators waiting for that moment of weakness before taking the risk. The most well known example is Leonard with Hagler. I think Joshua shouldn't of said it because fans look for any reason to tear people down but it is the truth.

If you have boxed before I'm sure you'll understand the thought process because if you go into sparring with a guy you know is Incredibly talented but before the spar he's not looking sharp you'll grow in confidence. In boxing everyone is looking for that advantage.

I honestly don't believe that's a realistic outlook on human nature. Why do you think people box? Because someone may have inspired them, that's a form of influence. On the other hand, a parent may push them towards boxing and the child may strive for gratification, that's a form of influence.

Furthermore, plenty of all time great boxers have used the shortcomings of others as confidence boosters. Wheather it is age, weight, or a poor performances.

Finally, the idea of people's success shouldn't influence people's confidence again is not logical. How many boxers did Jack Johnson, Joe Louis, or Muhammad Ali influence with their success?

You’re making sh.it up show me where other fighters said that out their mouth instead of what lives in your head. You must be a fragile fellow yourself if you think “all” fighters think like that.
