The Wilder vs Zhang stuff came from another story. I can't find it now but it was Wilder's camp saying they tried to get Zhang but Zhang claimed injury so they settled for Parker. Of course it's entirely possible Wilder's camp is BSing but I did read it here.

Well we do know Wilder and Zhang were talking in October, we just never heard anything after that. And we do know Zhang claimed he was approached for the card tomorrow but claimed an injury. And we do know he was actually talking to Ngannou. The only thing we don't know from a source besides Wilder's camp is whether or not Wilder was specifically trying to get him instead of Parker for this card.
