Here’s my concern (and it’s not all bad there are a lot of positives):

    - Jake Paul is now a promoter, and all the most sought after talent in the country will go through the USA Boxing program. He is being given exclusive access to this talent, and it’s tough to not see it as a flagrant conflict of interest. This matters in a sport that has struggled with corruption at every level.

Not a Jake Paul fan but I can see some positives out of the whole situation
As someone mentioned , he puts in the work in the gym so if he can get these youngsters to train harder , it’s already a positive
We need more young guys joining boxing and he might just do that for them
Boxing is already gone from the Olympic Games for fughin flag football for one
Maybe Jake learns a thing or two lmao

The partnership serves as Paul’s next step in his mission to provide a platform for young fighters and amplify global interest in boxing, and represents the first time a professional athlete and influencer has partnered with Team USA for the Olympics in this capacity.
Yeah, because for whatever reason, they refused Manny at least twice.

Anyway, if it helps young guys learn about the importance of self-promotion and trash talk, finding a “gimmick” and attracting new money to the business while working hard for those fans, I support it. Might help avoid more Shakur Stevenson types.
